Manufacturing Plant
Covering 2,600 square meters, Tianfu's advanced TFT LCD display manufacturing plant is outfitted with cutting-edge automated systems such as polarizer laminating devices, fully automatic COG & FOG bonding equipment, fully automatic three-in-one dispensing machines, drying systems, and three fully automated backlight assembly lines. An independent reliability lab further ensures product quality and stable supply, with a monthly output of 400,000 to 500,000 units of TFT LCD modules.
As a national high-tech enterprise, Tianfu has dedicated 16 years to the development, production, and distribution of TFT LCD displays, touchscreens, driver boards, HMIs, and comprehensive solutions.
TF provides displays in various aspect ratios and shapes, including 4:3, 16:9, 16:10, 18:9, 19:9, circular, square, bar-shaped, and custom designs. These products are integral to applications in consumer electronics, commercial equipment, educational technology system, automotive electronics, industrial machinery, and Health care etc.
