All raw materials are sourced exclusively from premium brands. Once entering the production process, every step is tested using professional detection equipment. Most importantly, before products we hand out, we conduct more extensive and precise aging tests compared to industry peers.


Package

Tianfu's packaging utilizes a fully customized TFT LCD display module protective solution. Embedded trays are custom-made to the precise dimensions of the LCD module (length, width, thickness, and edge curvature). Made of high-toughness ABS or PP engineering plastic, the trays are cushioned with an EPE foam inner layer to ensure a zero-gap, secure fit between the module and tray. The outer box of TFT LCD screen module is custom-made with five layers of reinforced corrugated cardboard to match the tray dimensions. Customized foam dividers and air cushions are added to the interior, creating a four-level protection system: module-tray-inner-outer.

Validated by ISTA-3A transport testing (simulating the drops, vibrations, and crushing experienced during road and air transport), this solution effectively eliminates over 98% of transport vibration risks, ensuring the TFT LCD display module remains intact, free of scratches, and functional damage during long-distance transportation and multiple loading and unloading.
